My wonderful husband loves to take the little ones and go to the grocery store! I do not mind this at all, because I can not stand to go. Remember, I live in Celebration, so when you go to our Publix, there are tons and tons of tourist from Disney. It is always packed, and I can only take seeing so many "adults" walking around in mickey ears. No offense, I love Disney too, but I see this all the time! Tons of Mickey stuff on every aisle! It gets crazy! My point is that when he takes Madi and Mallory to the grocery store they take their little metal grocery carts, and yes he lets them fill them up! I asked him why buys what they put in their carts instead of very carefully putting it all back and his reply was," well, you know, Madi wanted it, and she would have pitched a fit!" Hello! Who comes home from Publix with a Barbie boogie-board, Dora cup($6 crazy), and about 4 books! Dear Lord! Oh yes, and thanks for purchasing this little tub of beauty knowing that I am on a diet! It is hard enough to put all the little cookie dough squares on the pan w/out eating one, and here it is in a tub!! Like I am not going to scoop out a spoon of that sweet loveliness after dinner! Preciate it!!!

What can I do today?

With all this rain comes great ideas! When I was 8 months pregnant with Allie, I became this creative monster, and now with all the rain I am stuck inside and starting to make more fun stuff! I have started this great wooden plaque for Allie Grace and I just painted it, so as soon as it is complete I will show you guys! I drew the monogram, but now I have to draw it on the wood. I just hope it comes out as cute as when I drew it on paper! I am going to use a soft pink to do the monogram and hang it with pink ribbon. I am going to put it on her door, of course now I will have to make 3 more for little A,Madi and Mallory!

I didn't leave Georgia out! I made this out of a Christmas box top and left over fabric. How cute will that be with a monogrammed G in hot pink! I so need a monogram machine! HMMMM...
I painted these for Madi, and now I am totally re-doing her room so guess what? I will have to repaint them again(they were black before this!). Oh well, I am sure I will have another rainy day to do that!

I think we are on about day 10 of rain here in Florida! Yuk! As you can see, the girls are not happy! Allie Grace couldn't care less, she is snuggly in her bed asleep! Oh how nice it would be to nap! What is that anyway? Nap, huh, no clue!?

More on Mallory's room

I took these pictures of the girls on the beach before Mallory was born, and the toile is left over wall paper from my guest bathroom! What an easy fun project that was! I need to update those photos for sure! This foot stool was old, ugly and on sale! All I did was recover it to match the chair, and that too was easy! I had fun in her room, so now time to move on to Madi's room!

We had such a great visit with Bill's brother Alex, and his wife Nicole! They have 2 boys, Braden and Gavin, and 1 princess named Ava! Ava and Madi always have so much fun! Here are some great pictures from our fireworks festival downtown in Celebration! I hope everyone had a great holiday!

This is from last year, but Ashlyn is in SC and I did not want to leave her out of the photo. Little Allie Grace was not here yet and slept through today's rainy activities, therefor, no pictures from today. Maybe tonight it will clear up and we can get some better shots. Bill's brother is here for the weekend with their family, so I know I will get some cute pictures of the kids! Have a great weekend and Happy 4th of July!:)

WES- my awesome little brother!

I am always posting about my beautiful sisters, that I doubt anyone knows that I also have a little brother! Truth is that I never get to see him! Wes left for Auburn University 5 yrs ago and never looked back! I know, typical college boy, but I do miss him terribly! This is another reason I am glad I have girls! Girls are yours for the rest of your life, and boys are yours until they take a wife!

Wes is an Auburn grad and a TKE. He now works in Birmingham, AL. and is the all American Frat Boy! Sperry Top-Siders and seersucker shorts, oh yes, and the occasional Vineyard Vines polo! That's my boy! We sure do miss you Uncle Wes! Come visit soon! We love you
