Guess where I was last night? Mallory started bleeding and had to go back into surgery about 8:30 p.m. . They put her to sleep and cauterized the sores. Mallory was so dehydrated, they had to put the IV in her leg. He tried her foot first, but missed. It was awful! We have no idea what caused the bleeding, but the Dr. said it does happen a lot in children. We are all back at home and resting comfortably, for now. Today starts all medicines, diets, and restricted play, back to day 1. This has been a nightmare. Thursday, May 7, 2009
Surgery #2

SO sorry to hear that. Hope she gets better soon!! We had a trip to the ER with Kaelyn yesterday. She got her 1 yr shots on MOnday and got a infection in her leg. Dang docs... Get better soon baby!!
I will say a extra prayer...Hang in there, I know it's tough on you too....

Its been a few days since you updated. I hope that Mallory is doing much better! She has been in my prayers since your last few posts. Also, I hope you were able to enjoy a restful Mothers Day with your kids and hubby! Thinking of you all!
Poor little thing. Hopefully things are better now.
I just went through this with Kate too...it was HORRIBLE!
